We want you to love your SAU LEE pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
